Claire Greaney was crowned world champion an amazing six times making her one of the best if not the best female Irish dancer in the world. Her dancing is described as "Poetry in Motion".
Having won all the major international dancing titles including the All-Ireland Championships, the British National Championships, the Great Britain Championships, the All Scotland Championships and the Connaught Championships. Claire made history when she achieved the Grand Slam winning all of these titles in the same year - 2011.
She was then crowned the first ever Senior Ladies Irish National Champion in Dublin in May 2012 and she went on to create history in Boston in 2013 by winning the Senior World Championship, her sixth world Title. Claire has starred in the movie "Jig" released in cinemas worldwide and she also featured in the TV3 documentary, ‘Strictly Irish Dancing’.
